Ghost division Insignia

Hey war thunder try and find the famous ghost division symbol for the tanks and put it up and also can you fix the battle weighting system i was in a low tier match and a t-34 was in it and i was killed by it in 3-1 shots the system should be determind by turret turn rate, armor, armor peneatration and how fast it can go and its weak spots to make a match fair and also one time i was in a conquest battle and the bomb from the planes you get as a reward got stuck in my tank and blew up i tried moving to get it out and it stuck in place and also make one shots almost impossible for planes because i got shot in a big amount of times and i was killed in about 4-1 shots and i find one shotting a plane with a 20mm almost impossible unless you kill the pilot and also how about a system for team killers to the point like the wot system were if your team kills you he turns a different color and anyone can kill him and get rewarded and cutting said persons earnings in half

Depends on what ghost army insignia you are talking about.
