I haven't heard or seen anyone use the N word in War Thunder yet. It's probably the only PvP game that I have yet to see it in. So, War Thunder isn't even top 50 of worst communities in my game library.

Happens in about 80% of Air RB matches in my experience, at least in someone's nickname if not directly in chat. Best part is that nothing will happen even if you report it.

They began the process of neutering their community just to sell more copies to "casual players" and "roleplayers", almost every update has catered to both with very little optimization on PVP after they completely changed PVP with the new recoil update. Since then literally anyone can pick up a AK, and beam with it as long as they crouch, same with the thompson and custom SMG. I can't count the amount of times I've played on a 2x, farming barrels naked, just to get 2-3 shots to the head and instantly die because someone 100-50m away runs up on me.

You're unable to realize irony, and that the actions of a few idiots do not reflect the will of everyone. It's one of the few places on the internet where free speech (no matter how stupid or uneducated the person saying it is) still persists to a large degree. is it the worst? probably not, but is it bad? you bet.
Its way less in GRB than ARB and in ARB its less at lower brs. maybe that accounts for people having different experiences. but play ARB between 10.0 and 12.0 (where all the high tier premiums are) and you'll see TOS breaches every 3 to 5 games.

I think its because people have time at the start of the game and are frustrated by being shot down by the first enemy they see 50% of the time. So they point the jet at where they want to go and then they have a minute for "trolling".

Dead by daylight can be bad if you let people get to you , i have learned to ignore angry survivors though.
