F 117 might be able to climb safely to high altitudes in AIM 54 and similar radar homing missile infested airspace, which would give it some purpose in game. The low payload compensated by the fact it is more likely it actually can be delivered.

It's hot turbine gas exhaust is cooled before ejected as well, might give a lot of IR missiles some trouble too. But it is defenseless when detected in visual range and engaged with cannon.
