TV guided missiles won't work in night battles, not sure what happened during the day map, sometimes mine spazzes out when trying to lock on.

This needs to be fixed. Just because it's nighttime is no reason for a guided bomb to become completely unusable.

Tried it out on a night match and it's completely broken. Multiple passes and could not for the life of me drop a guided bomb with the A4E, even simply on the ground that iv marked/locked on to.

It's bad enough it constantly bugs out during day battles.

Just because you don't understand how a weapon system works, doesn't mean there's something that needs to be "fixed" or "broken" about it in game. It's working exactly as intended.

Early guided munitions had no capability of locking targets at night because they couldn't "see" those targets to lock onto. They used Electro-optical sensors which converted light into electronic signals they could use to guide themselves onto target. In an absence of light, these senors do not work, aka they do not have the capability to lock onto an object and function as a guided munition.

You don't understand what i am saying.

Nobody is asking the bomb to track and directly hitting the target at night. The fact you cannot get the bombs to even come off the rail to be used more like traditional bomb is a problem.

Thou you cannot really call these night battles being "absent of light", when there flares going off non-stop with short pauses here and there.
