If you do run gunpods, please only use 1 gunpod. It isn't really worthwhile running the other 2 because it weighs you down heavily and sometimes you get maps that are high up, making the flight performance much worse.
If you haven't already, you should take some time to get used to shooting the stock internal 20mm cannons as they lack ammo and do a bit less damage compared to other autocannons at its BR. So you do need patience and muscle memory for it. You could try using Vertical Targeting, setting it to 600 meters for example, to help with aiming.
When stock grinding, just focus on supporting your team (i.e. target enemies going after them) and going for ground targets when possible as you are not a fighter. Also don't research and apply the "new boosters" module, the plane can roll and pull fine as is.
Do not turn in this plane unless necessary, keep as much speed as possible.
