I'm confused with the G forces
An example: I'm flying my FW 190 behind a Spitfire, at about the same speed.
The Spitfire makes a tight turn and just keeps flying its turns, but my pilot immediately falls unconscious while chasing it.
I have max level G crew skills + mastery.
That often irritates me a lot

I am a bit confused by your post. And what do you actually not understand? Each plane creates a different drag and spins differently. The speed in which the turn is also has an effect on the G overdrive. If you are approaching the Spitfire at high speed, e.g. 550 km/h and the Spitfire has 350 km/h, logically he knows that you won't make it, so he turns, if you turn at your high speed, logically he won't blackout the pilot at a much slower speed, you will. The Spitfire can spin very well and if the player does it well, i.e. he doesn't let his pilot fall asleep and you just spin as fast as you can and hold on, of course your pilot will fall asleep, but not his. There is also a question of how to spin, e.g. the pilot is more sensitive to negative overload. That's why it was always turned by turning the plane with the cockpit down and then turning to prevent negative drag instead of just pushing the nose of the plane down. They can also have an ESO crew, and endurance also has an effect on G overstretching, the longer you fly the crew gets tired and resists overstretching less and less, it's in the skills.

In general in FW you should never roll with a Spitfire. Rather use the zoom and boom tactic. It's ideal to force him into a headon fight where you have the advantage in your firepower.

u dosnt read right.. i say allways we almost as same Speed.., the Spitfire Turns much faster then FW so the Spitfire should fall much faster in Sleep!!! But in this case it dosnt happen... but and thats can aslo be... u not out of controll complete by falling in unconsciousness.
Is a Spitfire still more agil like the FW even is the pilot unconscious.

Before he makes a turn, he can suddenly reduce the power, which very quickly reduces his speed, i.e. also the G overdrive. At the top tier, it is used as an aerodynamic brake, where you fly at a similar speed, but shortly before the maneuver you simply reduce the power in order to reduce the speed during the maneuver and thus drag. It can also have an ESO crew. Speed was cited as only one of the possible reasons.

maybe yes... but i cant remember i overrun him, in case like that i always use my Speed advantage to gain some altitude or run away.
If possible i trie allways to be above my oponent... but in this case we climb almost as same altitude.. arround 6 000 meters

maybe his crew is better leveled than yours? gforce resistence is a thing

He might be doing the neg G trick. Basically as soon as your pilot starts to black out you tap the elevator key in the opposite direction for a split second, then continue the turn.

I have no idea and no input but I love listening to pilots speak that pilot talk. I do learn a little but can contribute nothing. I picture you guys at a bar using your hands to illustrate stuff. Wish I could buy you all a beer.

I really mean it. I wish War Thunder had annual get together events. Where players got to meet other players from their regions.

You're probably just missing something in your story, but the only way someone can keep turning while blacked out is by turning with trim in (full)realistic controls.
Provide server replay links for more in depth help.
