Is Matilda good now?
I dont really know.I was hoping to buy the soviet matilda but yea...german guns...

Don't buy the Soviet one, at 3.3 the armour is useless and while the F-34 76mm gun is good you only get 3 depression when its mounted to the Matilda, which is horrific. It's a gimmick tank at best, just play the regular British one at 2.7, that can sometimes get into games where it's unpennable.

Yes, because the Soviet one has a way better gun (76mm vs 40mm), but sacrifices all of its gun depression (the British Matilda gets 20 degrees).

Well there is certain Swedish Helltrumpet now that loves deleting low tier monsters who think they have invincible armor. :steammocking:

Oh yeah the Swedes have 105mm penetration APDS at 1.0 for some reason, so Matilda is completely useless now. :uritona:

Not even talking about APDS reserve tanks that kill B1s from front with two shots, the 150mm HE is where the real fun is.
