Im 98% sure it will but its up to Gaijin to implement it, i would assume they will considering the game has had native linux support for quite some time. Battle eye as well as easy anti cheat actually have native linux versions of their anti cheats, and have made it easier for developers to enable their functionality in windows games while they run on linux with the introduction of the steam deck. So even If Gaijin completely dropped the native linux version of the game, linux users would still be able to play through proton unless Gaijin chooses to disallow that (which i think is HIGHLY unlikely). Gaijin dropping the native linux version also seems highly unlikely to me.

I had the same thought, I'm running on Pop OS and having to uninstall and reconfigure will be annoying but I would do it too play. I believe most if not all anti-cheat all they have to do is set a setting on for Linux since I believe almost all work on Linux just it falls to the game dev. Hopefully it is a smooth transition into the new anti-cheat without a hiccup for anyone on Linux.

I would say most likely they keep the native linux version. Gaijin released the Linux port in 2014 when Linux gaming was still a bit of a pipe dream so i dont see them dropping it now.
