Hmmm...yeah this seems like a you problem.
Basicly mobile SPAA's are now a thing of the past in favor of integrated air defense systems behind the frontline. Even then, things like the Pantsir, Tunguska, Strela-10 and Osa take targeting and radar data from a command post system with bigger longer ranged radars.
Honestly, we all should have known this is what would happened. Gaijin have proven time and time again that CAS is their baby, and you only need to look at the past five major update focuses and the constant artwork of aircraft that has been on their page front since 2021....So no, the will not add anything that would jeopardize CAS, at least not unless they want to make a quick buck off of it. That was what the pansir was, after all. An easy way to make a truckload of money and game time off of the people that were sick and tired of CAS spawn camping, followed by a summery nerf once the profits started dropping to move the game back to where it was.
We are. The answer is the Gaijin are too afraid of changing the formula of their game to ever think about adding something as innovative as tow-able emplacements, ESPECIALLY if those are air defense emplacements. It will never happen, even though it would be an interesting idea.
Besides, even if they were interested, they would just nerf it into oblivion at release, just like they did with the new construction system and dozer blades when they first came out. Gaijin likes to hold the appearance of innovation, but they never want to actually change their games existing formula.
Is it an interesting idea? Yea, and it would add a new depth of gameplay that would pair well with the construction system. Would gaijin ever consider it? No, because then the game would change and that would mean they need to get off their butts and do actual work to improve things instead of making token stat nerfs while raking in money from their event and battlepass sales.
