Which Italian premium Naval ship is better?

The Geniere or the RN Tigre? Both 4.3. The Tigre is the obvious choice for reward bonuses. But I feel like the Geniere is possibly the overall better ship. It has a higher calibre gun and common shells/special common shells. VS ap high explosive on the Tigre

The one you can buy at 50% or more off discount. Wait for it. The tech tree ships are fine.
Geniere seems to out perform Tigre in some ways but neither is enough to replace the tech tree versions. I got mine with discounts. Unless RP is more important and is worth paying for. But they are both cheap so get both and go from there.
