Says who?
You can't buy skills
Preform better by getting better, no amount of money will get you wins if you're bad at the game
One of the two real pay-to-win aspects of the game is in fact paying to accelerate the crew skills in your lineups. It can make a massive difference compared to low level crews and it's crazy long to grind crew xp without premium time/premium vehicles.
Another aspect is the purchase of bushes to hide your vehicle in the landscape. Aside making them less conspicuous in wooded areas, a lot of people use this to hide their vehicles' weak spots which can make them much tougher to destroy when you are inexperienced in the game. Other than that, the things you can buy don't make a ton of difference in how well you will perform.
Bet you still get destroyed by a grind tank
There's not a single be-all-end-all 100% win premium tank
