Riot Anticheat Causes EAC to BSOD your pc

So funny thing i reinstalled riot's launcher to play LoL (i was not in my right mind) and i boot up war thunder the next day and war thunder blue screens my pc upon anti cheat causing a kernel error i uninstalled riot along with vanguard since that was the only change made to my pc in the last time of play and now war thunder boots up fine

I love technology....

All those companies could stop pretending they have anti cheat that works. None of them works and games are full of cheaters.

I did see a anit cheat work almost flawlessly because it was a solo dev and he downloaded the cheats, looked at the code and updated the anit cheat. This was till Nintendo shut the game down lol.

You have to turn vanguard off before running anything with EAC...its not just WT.

what do you think the bigger anti cheats dont think of that?

the problem is the bigger more widely used anti cheats are bigger targets with more people working to break them, and anti cheats are by definition reactive....

you can never perfectly anticipate what the next cheat is going to be until it is out in the wild and people are already using it. And the time you spend fixing that one cheat may be spent by the cheat developers creating something completely different you dont have an answer for

your solo dev would have only succeeded temporarily, how long that lasts is only down to how many people are working against them

anti cheat developers cant actually win

it would seem you didnt read my title but ive turned off riot anticheat i got thing where it yelled at asking me if i still wanna turn it off and same result would happen
