Edit: ''The P40 "Leoncello" was one of the first Italian ground vehicles implemented and was created by Nicola "Kolin0" Faggiani and Riccardo "BlueBeta" Lo Verso as part of the revenue share program.''
The devs are focused on the game, not the wiki, said devs have chosen to make HESH what it is now after tons of updates and there are no new russian MBT's unless I missed something in the last 3 updates. The only "russian" MBT would be the russian inspired MBT-2000 which got a premium variant added to the game, nice tank but not especially well protected which means it doesn't tie into your armor complaint very well. If you want the armor fixed then you will have to become a project lead and get some of your friends to take over the research for USA vehicles additions.
Oh and someone (I only ever saw it once but I am certain it happens a lot) did try one of those "my tank should have X" things on the wiki and I and a few others edited the page when they did it, so it's not just the salty or moronic players that screw up the wiki but occasionally people trying to post stuff that shouldn't be there simply because they read about it as the wiki is meant to represent the game and we have a history section for whenever one wishes to provide real world info. Generally though it's a decent bunch of people and with the team moderating things alongside us editing and moderating each others work, it keeps it from devolving into insanity or into a "my vehicle is the greatest" ♥♥♥♥ measuring contest which is quite nice. Speaking of the wiki I was going to update a page I found blank last week but now I have completely forgotten what the page was... welp thats gonna bug me for the rest of the night lol.
We've got different teams working on things. The community management & web team work on the wiki, they do not work on making the game directly.
