R3R nonsense
For a 1st generation radar missile on a terrible non pulse dopple radar I would love to know how these fired from Mig 21S can somehow track me when I am about 200M off the ground, literally no other nation gets anything comparable to this.

Oh no! Is it another russian bias case?

US aircraft with early radars do suffer more than others in getting locks but the r3-r is not a particularly capable missile
F3H-2 gets 4x AIM-7Cs at 9.0, in terms of radar its the closest i can think of otherwise other nations get better missiles like 9Gs or good RWR systems, 21S basically shoots an all aspect AIM-9B with a decent radar nothing too powerful

10G (basically R-3S but radar slaved) missiles with bad range and burn time are a problem for you? Even i manage to dodge them in a bloody Gr.1 Harrier at 3000m where the air makes them actually useful.

i know i can dodge them easily but i would love to know how it was able to kill me earlier today when I was flying at 300-500M above terrain or so, cant do much when you going 600 KPH in a mirage

And where was the MiG? Anyway replay, sensor view etc. why keep asking about somehow when you could have delivered info to us.

above me... but apparently soviet radars arent affected by ground scattering

Congrats. You've now learned that just because you're in ground clutter against a non-PD radar, that doesn't mean you're impossible to lock up.

You're just much harder to lock up. It especially helps if you're not maneuvering.

Learn from your mistake and do better going forward.
