absolutely nothing at 12.7 is, there needs to be a hard barrier between ARH missle carries and non ARH missle carriers, you will get stomped on every time in a uptier guaranteed

12.7 and 13.0 are currently the worst BRs to play at. Your performance, avionics and missiles are all completely obsolete against ARH aircraft, especially the F-15C which is completely broken and dominates. Second contender is the J-10A.
