It's available for tanks, helis, planes, coastal and bluewater boats but you don't get the bonus as long as you don't own an "end of the line" vehicle of its class

If you don't own any other top tier planes that are considered "end of the line", no. But thhen you should unlock the bonus after researching and buying the Gripen C

Here's my suggestion: They should make it available to any player of any level with any state of progression in any tech tree, instead of having it locked behind hours, if not months of grind.

It's a bonus for reaching the end of a line.

If you aren't at the end of one, you don't get the bonus. It's not that crazy of a concept.
All you had to do was read the actual concept instead of getting mad at something you didn't understand

they are there to help people grind their second tree, once you have reached the end of a single tree each subsequent one becomes easier

if they wanted to reduce the grind they would just change the base rp as they have done numerous times in the past, stuff like the jagdtiger back in the day when they were top tier cost 360k rp like a current high tier vehicle, as top tier expanded the older vehicles got cheaper because that is how you would reduce grind

this is literally something the community asked for, whether it is the ideal solution for that is not really the point here, you are complaining about not having access to a feature that is not whatever you thought it was and not intended for you

This "tarded" and "plain unfair" concept allows me 65 battles a day with the RP bonus, more than I can ever play a day even when off work, it is indeed plain unfair....
