Why is the A-5C 10.7?

I'm a little confused as to why the A-5C which is basically a Mig-19 can face 11.7 planes. The comparable planes in the tech tree which are basically the same aircraft (Q-5A, Q-5L) are at 9.7 which seems to be the correct BR. What warrants the whole BR increase for the premium. Even if the A-5C was 10.0 that would be wayy better. Has anyone flown this plane recently? It's pure hell and seems kinda scummy as it's on sale and people pay real money for it

The devs claim Matra Magic 1 is too strong, despite them being rear-aspect and the aircraft only having two of them along with worse flight performane than, say, late MiG-21s that can carry up to 6 R-60M(K) and which you can easily meet as your opponent. Good luck utilizing those 'OP 35 G missiles that Su-25 and stalling Tornadoes can't evade with flares' against best gen 2 and early gen 3 fighters, aha.

I mean, they put the J35XS at 11.3 before dropping it down to 11.0 (where it still sucks). The plane that has a combined 12 countermeasures and no RWR was fighting Fakours.

Whether its just burning incompetence or Gaijin deciding they sold enough of a premium and preparing to release the next one, who knows.

I have a feeling that's what it is. They want people to buy the J-7D at 11.0 for a higher price. So they increased the BR of the A-5C from 10.0 to 10.7 so it wouldn't be a reliable grinder anymore

basically too many people complained about the 35g missiles so gaijin put the A5C to 10.7 where it could never touch the flareless 9.3's again. Honestly though the tornados are faster than you in base bombing, and you are facing r24r/t from the mig 23 for some reason so its just the problem of br compression on gaijin's part
