since you dont find a lot of people using e100 obj279 and other tanks why not give them another event?

Gaijin just loves making event vehicles as unobtainable as possible

Because now they can't do that w/o angrying the people who spend over a thousand Euros on a single digital Vehicle they don't own and will be worth nothing if the Game ever closes, WT 2 comes out or they do what you just said - at least drastically reducing its value with the last

The E-100 is likely never going to come back due to it being a tournament reward, but the Object 279 and IS-7 were recently available in silver lion lootboxes at a very low drop rate.

no i mean they are meant to be played but not a lot of people use them its not fun object 279 is being used more but e100

Well out of the "rare" vehicles the 279 is the most recent one (2020) and unlike the E-100 which got handed out to a handfull of sweatlords in a tournament (which then turned out that a good chunk of them were cheating so their account got frozen and iirc they held one again for the 0 year anniversary) the 279 was obtainable for basically everyone who had a rank 3 vehicle during its event (as long as you played for a minimum of 6 hours a day for 11 days straight).


So yeah if you want to get a chance of having old event vehicles wait for some special loot crates to be released and then consider yourself lucky if you get a premium vehicle after spending 12 million silver lions. ALthough it will most definitly not be an Is-7 or 279 considering following quote.

"the chance of obtaining an Object 279 is visibly lower than for the rest of the vehicles and is around 0.001%" so 1 in 100.000 (opening one chest is costs 60k SL, have fun doing the math)

Oh and since Gaijin (or at least the War Thunder team of Gaijin) loves being shady we don't know the drop rates for anything else (unlike in their other game Enlisted where they tell you the droprates)

i did gamble in csgo and lost money didnt get anything worth it and here in wt happened too so i hope they add them in events not crates
