You MUST however give credit for where the video and audio you use came from. It's that simple.

Completely incorrect. If that were the case, you wouldn't have thousands of replay videos of War Thunder and other games on YouTube right now.
The only way it can be infringement is if you're using it for your own personal profit.
It's the same reason I can invite you over to watch a movie on bluray with me and I don't have to worry about royalties. But if I were to start charging 2 dollars per person at the door, I'd be in trouble.
Otherwise you are fine but I don't play with in game music and just blast my own in the back ground unless I'm recording :)
