Do RP from planes carry to tanks?

If i'm playing Air Battles, do my Research Points that I earned carry over to my tank research?
EG: I'm trying to research some tanks, and I play an air battle, does my RP contribute to the tanks?

No. But you can save the crew kill points earned with planes and spend them on the tank skills for that crew.

You are best buying one good premium tank, and playing realistic and using it to grind, so get a high tier such the Black Prince or something, although I have a feeling the nerf hammer will smash the poop out of the Black Prince soon, it let me grind tier 2 all the way to all 4 in about a week (but that was about 18 hours a day). It's a beast!

There is one exception to this. If you are say flying a plane in realistic battles ground forces. If that plane has all modifications researched, and you have no planes left to research in the entire nation tree, the game sometimes dumps that RP into whatever tank you are researching.
However sometimes it also doesn't, so I dunno if it is a complex feature or a bug that has been on going since mixed battles was created lol.

Not always the case you could also buy a tailsman for a tank or plane you do really well in. You can get more RP and skill points depending on what vehicle you put it on.
