Mozdok a tad unbalanced?

Maybe it's just a coinicidence, but every time for as long as I have been taking notice I loose if I spawn north-east and win if I spawn south-west.

Team that has few people with enough brains to flank and snipe from the sides of this map will almost always win, even few good snipers can kill off half the enemy team.
I used to hate this map until I learned how to do maximum damage there without charging like dummy straight towards nearest cap point.
