how to change your name

I transferred my account from ps4 about a year ago, and i am finally tired of the ♥♥♥♥ I get for 'being a ps4 player'. is there any way for me to change my account name?

just put some more ** before your name as a PS4 player has always one * before it maybe put 5 extra ? just a thought .......

mostly though .... ignore the fools as if theyre annoyed its because you're probably better than them lol

problem is, when I try to change my name, it says it will open a browser page to change my nickname, but it doesn't...

oh i see I think you can do it thru your profile or when u log on maybe ? sorry i dont know how it looks on a PS4

turns out my account is 'linked' to psn and i am not allowed access to gaijin's webpage to change my username with this account because of sony. looks like i stick with my name, or i create a whole new account...

ask a MOD then not sure tbh maybe u have to use 500Golden Eagles then, not sure mate but try ask an official source
