I just bought one, so can i get the camos and the chafee by just completing the tasks?

Aye matey. Go to Profile/and on the top you'll see a bar of tabs/on the far right there should be a tab called 'Thunder League'/click it and you'll find the list of tasks you must complete. It only takes 5 completed taks to unlock the P51A or M24 TL.
