Can Japan get the Ka-chi as a permanent premium?

Ok this is a good meme and I will play. If you own a Chi-Nu II and play 100 ground battles as Japan you get a free Ka-Chi if you look in the mirror and say Mogami Mogami Mogami if that does not work it is because you had too little faith.

The only premium event tank that I failed to get, I really wish they would have made it a premium like the B1-ter though. Would have been good for Japan especially to make the early grind more enjoyable.
