How to properly report team killers?

I'm probably a fool, I've read the above reporting procedure, but I really don't understand where and how to report a team killer. Normally I don't deal with these things, but if a player kills teammates on purpose and is not afraid to write that he simply doesn't like your plane, that is, he is rude and an egotistical maniac, especially if he doesn't have a current grind with other players, then he deserves attention if Gaijin doesn't want him to they left playfully thanks to the deliberate and still persistent team killers who, as a bonus, still laugh at you after the kill.

Open the player list in the current battle or in replay just secondary click, right click for most, on their name and select "complain" from the drop down. In that new window is a second drop down. In that select "teamkiller" and give your best description of what happened on your end or what you could see.

I know that, but it is written here that it is an ineffective method and you have to report somewhere directly on the Gaijin page with a photo, etc.

No, lots of people says crazy and weird things here mostly to troll other players

It's a effective method and the ones the developers set up to use, Gaijin themselves check the reports

The thing is the people who report never see it happen so they just assume that "nothing happens" Gaijin doesn't "have to" give anyone examples or reports on what they do, that's up to them and them alone if they take action or not

Seeing complaints about it happening in forums though tells me that it IS effective, otherwise they wouldn't be complaining about bans
