Overall I would say play Germany a bit first though, learning the in and outs when it comes to tanks with russia first can lead to bad habits causing trouble with all other nations later on (Like having to aim at weakspots or not relying too much on armor)
However if you want good jets US is uncontested in their options
USA and USSR seem to be the leaders of toptier Air, partly because many other nations are using export vehicles with upgrade packages that place them in the same BR range as the next generation of jets equipped with similar advanced weapons. Just look at the F-4F KWS LV in Germany's tree. At 13.3, its a 3rd-gen almost exclusively fighting 4th gen fighters.
And the reason why US has that winrate is because me playing Japan or UK sometimes I spawn more times by myself than the entire US part of my team.
