If you have NVIDIA Reflex "on" you can not use V-Sync. I would recommend keeping V-Sync off and use NVIDIA Reflex "on" but not on "Boost" as NVIDIA Reflex will lower you System Latency.

You can check out this Explanation-Video from NVIDIA to understand what NVIDIA Reflex is doing.

The main point of NVIDIA Reflex is to use it in conjunction with V-sync , which has to be on for the VRR to work properly.

Anyway. It's probably forced off in your control panel or interface. It's better to turn it on at the driver/control panel level, and leave it off in-game.

lol no its not. vsync increases your latency, while reflex is meant to lower it. a tactic for reducing latency is running at the highest framerate possible, even if its higher than your monitors refresh rate. when your monitor *does* refresh, it will use the newest frame, so you will get a more up to date frame compared to with vsync (if your fps > refresh rate)
THere is no FPS lock I love my computer taking off like a space ship because unchecked FPS
