Gaijin Store Error

I tried to pre order the new A-10 pack (mostly for the title lol) and i got a message that said An error occurred during processing your transaction. Please, contact our support." but I have a pending transaction for $59.99 on my bank and dont want to charge it again. I havent found a way to contact support either it just sends me to their premade support page. Can anyone help?

When you're on the support page, make sure you're logged in with the account you made the purchase from.

If you're not logged in you won't see an option at the top of the page for "Submit a request." That's where you can submit a ticket regarding your issue.

I also forgot to mention it doesnt appear in my purchase history on the gaijin store.
