Legitimate question: Why is the Ki-200 at 9.3BR?

It has no missiles, and extremely bad cannon, and it is slower than many more common planes even 1 full BR lower. Yeah, it can well, but you'll be flying that thing against the Mig-21 which can probably turn even better, and it significantly faster and gets missiles.
What even is the purpose of this jet?

its fast ,nimble and hard to kill -better question is - wtf is saber suppose to do ?

The F86 at least gets bombs, and in the case of the 50, it gets 2x aim-9b

Instead of assigning it 8.0 for AB/RB/SB like Me 163 gets, they've assigned it 9.3/8.7/8.3 like Me 163 B-0 gets.
