What if they add the MOAB

Frankly if you get to fly over the battlefield at 10,0 with a Hercules you deserve to drop a MOAB. Not like the brits don't already kinda have it with the 12.000 lb on the Lancaster at BR 5.3 anyway. The MOAB has the equivalent to 22.000 lb of TNT in explosive capacity but using a prov to fly directly over the battlefield is MUCH harder at 10.0.

The FOAB is not as well documented. According to Wikipedia it has the equivalent of 44 tons or 97.000 lb of TNT in exposive power, that being contested by specialists, but it's not aerodinamic at all, so it should probably hit anywhere close to the zip code you launch it at if it's dropped from a safe altitude. Despite the name it's far from being equivalent to the MOAB and was never actually used in anger.

what tends to be contested is the exact yield of the FOAB, but not that it has more than the MOAB

Russia has had some very powerful thermobaric weapons for decades even if they remained relatively unknown and unused, so had a lot of experience in the area when they decided to get into a **** measuring contest with the USs own overcompensater
