That's not how troubleshooting works.
You need to start with the basics then you can start ruling out what is/isn't causing the issue. There's plenty of folks that don't start with basics because they don't know the basics.

Saw some posts where Sounds Mods were causing issues. Gaijin stated they disabled them for the time being, but it may be reasonable to assume that if folks posting are using any other kinds of mods, it would be best to disable them for the time being, maybe even disabling custom skins to see if that resolves the issues.
