Although this is your choice, I wouldn't bring the Gunpods, because they are too heavy and make the plane which relies on speed too slow.
I understand that the Defas are a mixed bag, they're VERY good for ground pounding (30mm go figure) but they are garbage when it comes to high speed shooting and deflection shots (bullet drop is ridiculous). To get around this issue, I only use the defas when I'm either: A) Very close to the enemy, B) Shooting an enemy that is NOT turning, or C) Shooting at an enemy that is slow and has very little energy.
If I see an enemy that is going fast and turning, I just run away and keep all my speed, the Kfir Canard is a very fast plane. You should play it like a F104 with an actual payload. Bring some bombs or rockets, whichever you prefer (Bombs give more rewards but Rockets are much easier and faster to use) and take out a base, then go into vulture mode and kill enemies that are low on energy or ones that you have a much better position on (i.e if you are on their 6 o clock launch a missile if they're occupied).
