Armor piercing problem

Is there anything known that penetration isn't working properly at the moment? I've noticed for a few days that my excessively powerful grenades don't go through on soft targets. I've just had another match, I'm currently playing Russians on BR 8.3 RB the T-10M with the APDS grenade type. This has 408mm penetration and I couldn't get through to an ItPsV 90 (Swedish AA) head on, nothing happens, just a "hit". I hit it nice and in the middle. Then a Leopard 1 in the middle of the side "hit". a Strv101 on the side of the tower “Hit”. This has been happening all the time lately and I'm seriously wondering if there's a bug or something similar? My friends have also been reporting similar incidents recently. Once I couldn't get through with the T-10M on the side of a Swedish U-SH 405 with my 2x 14.5mm mgs, not the entire magazine. When I talk about sideways, I mean pretty much 90° angle +/- something.

Do you feel the same way or what's going on?

No thats pretty normal, its called russian bias and happens all the time when you shoot russian tanks ... wait a minute ...

But no for real, i shot an Bt-7 once with my Leopard 2 PL and the freaking Fuel Tank absorbed the whole round, or the freaking Is-2 sprockets that tend to just black hole rounds.

6.0 battle rating it hasn't been working well. There are some American tanks like the Sherman and the pattern. And the other ones are like the M18. They're supposed to penetrate the most heaviest armor. And times they just go Bonk on the side and nothing happens and the enemy eliminates you it's nothing to do with the angle either. And it's not a highly explosive shell. Which is named as (HE)
