Object 279 price tag is absurd on the current BR it's standing on.

Lets not forget that this tank is:
-vulnerable to HEAT-FS, ATGMs and APFSDS (very common to see on 9.0)
-the pen of his aphecbc is at most effective range just 365mm meanwhile the tanks at its BR (also 10.0 which will get 100% uptiered) just totally fold it 4 times.
-no coaxial turret leaving it vulnerable to heli rushes and low flying jets
-volumetrics

can i get a REAL reason why this thing is 650GJN meanwhile other effective vehicles such as the vilkas or anything else from 10.0/9.x are cheap as hell?
(greedy players doesnt count (also gaijin shenenigans doesnt count either))

It is to prevent fraud.
With no limit I make fake account I add $1000 and buy an IS-7. Then I cancel the transfer with bank. Gaijin bans me but the person who sold the IS-7 has the $1000 now.
By limiting funds to 2x what a person spends per year they verify accounts are genuine.
