Quite often as long as I maintain situational awareness. With the option for smaller lobbies coming up with the next update, it's going to be even more important to know how to defeat these missiles as the folks that do know what they're doing are going to sweep aside those that don't and dominate matches.
This change made counter-measures around 10.3 area very overpowering, so their limited number is more then sufficient, as you only need to press the button once and beat any incoming missile.
But the IRCCM missiles are like the original missiles we had, so requires more counter-measures to deal with, in most cases. So the amount of counter-measures we get in top tier is not enough for the amount of players firing these missiles. Even with the optional player reduction to the original 12 players. So you will still have lot of missiles to deal with and sensory overload that compels you to do waste counter-measures just to be safe.
Don’t purposely get into head ons or join the fray of like 8 jets flying around trying to kill each other. Wait at the side of the map. Solo out a player that’s separated from others and not paying attention engage at a range and dip. Wait and repeat. Most engagements come down to who shoots first.
