Not really, they are good to get the first stuff to make a vehicle playable when you are stock, but that's pretty much it

You get good boosters. I usually use those modes to warm up. To me those modes are like test drive, that lets you gain some Silver Lions and Research points to grind for better ammunition, parts and vehicles. Today I used V.L Pyörremyrsky to shoot down 48 bombers in Assault Air Arcade and that only gave me like 2500 Research points. No premium account but a premium plane was used. If your team wins and you shoot down more than 10 Bombers, It's a guaranteed 1000rp at rank two without boosters. Beginners can grind for vehicles, but after rank three it becomes more worth it to stay in Realistic battles.

If I spend more than 3 hours on WT at the weekend, I occasionally do a round of Air Assault first. Warm up and get boosters. BF110 C and Fw 190 A-1 as backup

They continually UP the AI in accuracy and frequency in which they spawn and lately have made it so bombers / strike aircraft come from completely opposite directions of the map endlessly to cause you to fail it .... the fun of it and the waking up and warming up for live games is getting far too tedious now .... some fool needs to play a few rounds of their own settings to see what utter rubbish they have made it into.

Earn a decent amount just playing a normal match instead, and actually have fun. Get enough boosters through battlepass these days anyways.
