It doesn't have proximity fused rounds, it has AHEAD timed fuse shrapnel rounds, they're effectively useless against anything other than a hovering helicopter (though they shouldn't be).

It also uses APFSDS instead of APDS, and the turret is separated from the crew compartment so hits there don't injure crew, even if the ammunition in the turret cooks off.

IRCM not really a selling point...every time i took it out i turned of the IRCM. It does nothing but give your position away.
