How to use AH-1G?

If I spawn at the beginning middle or end of a game I get shot down immediately by a enemy tank with mgs or an enemy spaa and when I do get to the battlefield I never get a kill unless they have an open top milk truck because might mouses barely tickle tanks like the leopard with direct hits.

circle the map, avoid flying straight into the center of the map, even more with low speed, fly low, train on heli pve or test drive to get a feel on using the ffar mighty mouse, this heli dont have ccip on the rocket yet so at some ranges close or far the rockets will hit off center of the crosshair, the rocket is an HEAT rocket so you need to spam it and hit at critical component / crew

this is the entry tier heli to train u.s players for a rocket run mission.

Don't play it...get a CAS aircraft. If you want to play it, use the 40mm Grenade launcher turret which decimates stuff and is pretty easy to aim..other than that, helicopters without rocket CCIP or some ATGMs are generally not very good.

I put my rockets on series launch and hit enemies dozens and dozens of times and all they take is a damaged radiator and a broken track.
EDIT: I hit enemies in the turret, ufp, engine deck, etc. and all i ever damage is a track, radiator and transmission, unless its a super light tank like a Russian boat tank, then there is a chance I might kill a single crew member.

all US helicopters are utter garbage. At least AH branch. And especially all AH-1. There is nothing you can do

Don't hit them in the track and radiator then. Hit them in their engines, crew compartments, and other vital parts.
