How the event vehicle works?

I have been grinding for the event vehicle, currently have almost 700k points and was wondering that when i unlock the tank i will be able to use it until i sell or it just stays in my inventory as a coupon and if activated, i will never be able to sell it.
Not really much interested in the tank itself, but i wanna test it and then later sell it for another tank that peaks my interest

If you use it you can't sell it.

You will get the vehicle as a coupon. If you want to play the vehicle, you redeem the coupon, and the vehicle is bound to your account.
If you want to sell it, you need to upgrade the coupon to make it sellable (the 750k points), and then can sell the coupon on the marketplace.

You can't use it and sell it. They are mutually exclusive.
