Where do I find the decal I claimed with a code through the Gaijin store?

I unlocked a decal through the Gaijin store, logging in through Steam, but I can't find the decal.

Hi. Did you login to the game with the same account that you redeemed it on? Go to decals and simply search the name UU Girl Heart and it should appear.
