Try using the search feature in decals.
"UU Girl Heart Decal"
Searching for "uu", "Girl" or "Heart" should bring up it pretty easily

Having same issue as Kobrasnake, redeemed and not showing but shows up in purchase history... gonna guess it will hopefully appear in-game eventually

For me i just had to relog ingame to receive it.
Are you guys redeeming it in the same account you play?
is the nickname on the website the same that shows on the game client? i ask that because you guys might be using a old WT account to login on the site and are currently playing on a Steam account of the game

I am actually just stupid... I was using the wrong login on desktop but through the steam web browser I have the correct account signed in.
