Does anyone actually have fun in high rank ground rb?

Title says it all. Rank 6 and up is the most unfun trash experience ive had in a video game i think to date. Its literally: Spawn, 2 minutes in get missiled by a helicopter. Spawn in an aircraft to try to counter, get missiled by spaa. Spawn in another vehicle, get missiled by premium jets.... Cant even reach the damn battlefield, you get missiled before you even get anywhere near a tank to shoot...
This results in games where you sit behind a house or a rock for 13 minutes waiting for something to drive out in the open to shoot, because god forbid you dare to play the videogame you get punished for it...
I hope whoever decided to put aviation into ground in order to farm the misery and salt in the form of people buying more premium to compensate for the trash gameplay has nothing but horrible luck in life...
I still remember when you could actually play the damn videogame instead of camping and hiding, hoping a sweaty little Timmy in their 40 dollar jet or their infinite range apache doesnt see you and press a single button and insta kill you...

I do... though it's less and less the higher I go past 9.0 as IMO that's roughly where CAS starts becoming obnoxiously one sided.

Still find max BR fun though not as much compared to mid ranks.

To this day I'm waiting to be able to use SP for AI SAM sights... doesn't need to be broken levels or anything just strong enough so CAS needs to pay attention/defensive fly for a bit.. ALSO can be a good thing via helping a team that got off to a poor start or X player doesn't run CAS so they can use those extra SP on said SAM sights.

Even mid ranks in RB are becoming unfun. You are stuck between sweatlords on the enemy team and brain dead team mates ruining every game.
Honestly, the only times this game is fun is during special events, such as Atomic Heart or that Battle of the Atlantic, because the regular gameplay is the same thing for over 11 years

Top tier premiums are a problem, cas at top tier is annoying with how bad top tier SPAA's are. Its a reality, doesnt bother me too much but it does bother other people a lot.

My favorite tier is 10.0-10.3 as Sweden at the moment, so yeah.
Sure, helis are annoying, but when I get shot bny one, I hop into a SPAA and clear the skies, and then go derp around with a SPAA until I die, and spawn another light tank.
If I hear a heli, I shot it with my tank.
The most annoying bit is when your team already has 3-4 SPAA spawned and they still can't keep the skies clear.

I don't mind 11.3 either, I just find the swarm of leos a bit boring.

High brs are unbalanced as hell. I would enjoy the vehicles themselves, but almost no game goes by withouh some stupid bs happening.

- I'd be fine with CAS, but then fix the damage models since this game is supposed to be realistic.
- Russian and German vehicles have a thick armor, but that doesn't mean you can't damage them anywhere - all thanks to the many casual players who play them, leading to meeting much more braindead tanks while I play Italy for example, tanks that I can only penetrate in small weakspots that are hard to hit if they move around, or if I shoot them perfectly from the side. On top of this, these nations are almost always together. Balancing vehicles based on player skill is extremely silly.
- Sweden has been dominating higher brs for a while now, but it seems Gaijin has no idea how to balance it.

When I first tried the Leo2A4 (Italy), I couldn't believe how big the difference was between that and other TT vehicles. And if anyone says that "uhm, well, you have to flank with those", then I'd like to remind them that half of the maps are garbage, confined little spaces or huge open areas, like there's no middle ground. And of course most of the time the battle is decided in 5 minutes at top tier, so you don't even get the opportunity to really take advantage of flanking in some cases.

So yeah, high br battles are not fun currently. Gaijin "forgot" to adapt their game to a completely different kind of gameplay as lower brs, and the result is pure chaos.
