German lost the technological advantage they had against the Russian army after the creation of the T-34. Everything went downhill after Moscow.

They only lost their advantage for a short time looking at tanks like the jagdtiger (which was never killed by an enemy tankbtw) kingtiger etc also starting at tiger 1 t34 couldent do anyrging in a 1v1

Yes that's true, but Germany never recovered strategically. I guess it's Gaijin's Russian bias that answers this post then.

Some how Kursk comes to mind and How the German army didn't lost a single panther and how they won that battle and crushed the red army and the following years after they won the war the poor americans and russian punny shermans obviusly didn't stand a chance against superior German steel

I don't know much about the technological aspect of the war. However I stand behind my statement that Germany never regained ground in Russia ever again after the cream of Hitler's army was eliminated/imprisoned by the Soviets after the first and only invasion of Russia.

That was Stalingrad/Kursk/Ardennes, which all were years after the introduction of the T-34.
The Battle of Moskau did not change much strategically. Tactically it was a great victory for the Red Army and the first definite loss of the Wehrmacht.
And it was neither the first nor only invasion of russia. Napoleon tried too. More or less the same result.
The last successful invasion was by the mongols.

I have American and German Tks up to level V, but no long play anything above III. Tired of being one-shoted by ALL things Russian.

russian had advantage in "numbers", not tecnological superiority...And after Moscow, German turn direction south..on Stalingrad..from where they were in reatreat...Anyway..Shermans and T34 couldnt penetrate Tiger from front...but in games..every single shot is penetration..and Shermans are much better than Tigers, not to mention IS1...

On tear II Germans are great..but later..they are not even close to equal..

huh? The T-34-85 with the 85 BR-365K could. The M4 Shermans with the 76 could penetrate (within close range) and could penetrate much easier with HVAP.

When he talks about the T-34 and Sherman, I believe he means the 76.2mm T-34's and short 75mm Shermans.

It was not that common to encounter a Tiger I or II as numbers were so limited and spread between the East and West front (and a bit in North Africa) but it did happen enough to require a new gun to counter them along with the Panthers.
