What Nation should I grind fully Russia or USA?

I have over 1000 hours in war thunder but haven't gotten past 9.0 in both russia and usa. I like both nations but i am having trouble deciding which one to grind first fully for both air and ground. Let me know which one yall think i should grind first

in tanks or planes? and did you use prem?

but if tanks i say russia since there tanks after is3 i heard there tanks is hard to kill unless they nerfed em since then. but as far as i know russia has strong tanks even tho its not really true.

as for us there tanks are strong too some would say they have the strongest tanks in the game goes for planes too

USSR/Russia has a lot of good ground vehicles and a top-tier that has been dominant for some time. However, they tend to be a bit clunky compared to their opponents from about 9.3 to 10.3, which can hurt.

USSR has a couple more "better" tanks, but US has a more fledged out lineup and uncontested air options

USA is a lot more fun and varied than USSR, though a bit less effective in battle.
