I'm already using it with a 6.0 lineup (M109G and 2S1) and it works quite well even in a full uptier.
It's perfect for late match when you've lost one or both arty's and need something for caps/decaps or just sweeping up.

Phong kong- yes it gets two cannons but, Again traverse and mobility, Its high pen round is only hvap which does way less damage and slightly less pen (Its enough to matter against certain vehicles)
I also hardly ever face any of these so they could be more powerful than I would know.
