simply putting "laser+IOG" into your favorite search engine will provide you with the info wanted

IOG.... In Ordinance Guidance.... Laser is your dot marking the target it works in pulses. it will help guide your bomb to the target. your target is a tank and the tank drives 30m away from where you last marked it. IOG takes over seeking the target at its last known location and will guide the bomb to that point or close to it, its in a nut-shell a guess-timation guidance system.
