Has chaff been buffed?

My radar missiles are going haywire when my target chaffs and just completely does what it wants. Im using the r27er , my friend is also using the f16aj and getting the same problem with his radar missiles. If this is a known bug or an actual gameplay change pls let me know so I can close the discussion and not waste peoples time with this.

Big if true. I felt chaff never worked.

Weird because R-27ERs seem to be nailing me no problem At ground level with CHAFF and evasive maneuvers.

Well are you flying toward or away from the missile and at what range was it launched if you do know?

When it comes to 50km the missile is fine. But when i launch at a target below 30km and they notice it and chaff it seems to do its job now at side and rear angle.

Well are you flying toward or away from the missile and at what range was it launched if you do know?

I will try to notch and bank away
Does nothing, Not even pulling a 13g turn when it is 7km away does anything.
And I've had plenty of R73s and RB74s just ignore Flares and evasion as well.
I Have my suspicions on why

Thank God they're nerfing radar missiles. They should've never been added, BVR is game breaking and unfun.
