well, that's what you get for playing US in a Russian game. lol
And you will still be new when you quit in like a month if you jump the complaining wagon before even trying to get better or undertand what you are doing wrong, because neither US, Germany nor USSR are bad
So, depending on the BR you're talking about, that might not be as true. Though US tanks are definitely a higher skill threshold. You need to know how to work the armor to get the most from it, the armor and the gun both won't do the work for you.
The Stuarts are solid platforms for a light tank, but you do have to use it like a light tank obviously. Just have to remember that these guns lack APHE, meaning you have to pick the enemy apart a bit more. Not good for oneshot kills.
The M24 is such a solid tank that you can take it from 3.7 to 6.7 and still get good use from it. You can pretty much use it at any BR in the game and fight effectively.
While i do agree some tanks are overtiered, it's far from being bad
