Like now, i finally got Vilkas open, first thing what i did was close the game and now i'll take one or two week break from the game.
These events ain't player friendly at all.
Raging just isn't something that I do. I'm a pretty level headed person.
With the condition of the game and particularly the teammate (or should I say non-existant teammates), it's easy to get frustrated. The game itself, teammates, and the enemy will always piss you off in some kind of way, that's just how it goes.
people constantly make the argument its all on gaijin for making 'exploitative' mechanics, as if this didnt describe hundreds of games out there... if you havent come across significantly worse than this that just speaks to your inexperience.
That and the nationalism, as if US companies are any less capitalistic or bias than Russian or Hungarian, you both have been force fed propaganda since birth, just of different flavours which all looks hilarious to us on the outside, everyone has blinders and gaijin are no better or worse than anyone else
But the choice is on you to put in hundreds or thousands of hours, if you had any self control you could just stop if the game is having such a negative effect on you... there comes a point where you have to take some personal responsibility
i have played this game a decade and enjoy it to this day by just not taking it seriously, i take out lineups i enjoy, use janky and gimmicky vehicles, dont take the slightest notice of grinding, you all need to take a chill pill
Mogami_99: [realizes Enemy has snuck up behind and pulled a gun on him] They said a player could get lots of RP and SL if he could kill you.
Enemy: Seems like you was looking to gain some rewards here.
Mogami_99: Actually, I was looking to gain an edge. I thought you might be someone who would sneak up behind me in a tank.
Enemy: Where'd you ever get an idea like that? Besides it ain't supposed to be easy to sneak up behind a Russian
Mogami_99: I'm an Russian, all right; but here in War Thunder they call us the "bias nation." They call us "bias" because we're easy to sneak up on. Germans, Americans, British,French, Chinese, Swedes,
Japanese have been sneaking up on me for years.
Oh believe me, this game with all its flaws, horrible developers/publishers and awfull community, who has gone so far as sending me deathtreads in gamechat. Made me go so mad, that i was frequently close to wishing gaijin, the whole warthunder community and several nationalitis the longest, worst, most painfull, argonizing and insufferable death a human being can experience.
I played this game for over 6000 hours now and its good at festering hatred in you.
