you provided no arguments other than my puma doesn't kill anything in one shot but muh bmp2m surely does that in the first place

The BMP-2M doesn't need it's autocannon to f*ck someone from the front, it has it's 4 ATGM's to do that, also on the move as they gave the only unique thing of the Type 87 to the BMP-2M while taking it away for the Type. Even then, the BMP-2M's autocannon is really effective, and many tanks that it faces both in an uptier and a downtier can be penned frontally from certain angles with it's gun. Add to that the RPM of the cannon and you can see why people hate the thing.
The only reason the 2S38 is better is because of it's unmanned turret, and the ammo types it gets.

also swedish ifvs are much bigger menace to the game but since they are not squadron vehicles nor russian people just ignore them

the only problem that i have right now is not that 2s38 is undertiered or op or smth but that is hstvl is overtiered
there are only 3 vehicles in the game that are relatively the same 2s38, hstvl and otomatic
make all 3 of them 10.3 and people would still cry and whine about 2s38 even though hstvl have the same performance except spaa ability but its stronger in others
so gaijin should just lower hstvl br and thats all

If you've ever played the Dardo you'll realize that it's not. Right now, other than the good RPM the initial cannon has, both your penetrating missiles are an ass to work with, so you'll mainly want to use the one that's high explosive. Other than that the dardo has a higher profile than the BMP-2M, so in that aspect it's worse but, the dardo's better at taking cover.
Honestly they're kinda of equals, the only problem is that the Dardo has a worse lineup than the BMP-2M.
